  • Fixation and dunnage in (transport) packaging - workshop

    Podobně, jako je dostatečně tuhý obal podmínkou bezpečného upevnění přepravních jednotek na dopravním prostředku, je i fixace výrobku v obalu klíčovou podmínkou pro bezpečný transport. 
    Akce je koncipována jako workshop, aby si účastníci mohli vyzkoušet navržení EPE fixace i práci s vyřezávacím stolem - plotrem.
    Workshop je určen konstruktérům průmyslových obalů a exportních balení a také obalovým technikům výrobců zejména nepotravinářských komodit.


  • Food and Cosmetics Contact Packaging

    Educational actions focusing on requirements for packaging, packaging materials and raw materials for the production of packaging intended for contact with food and cosmetics.

    A platform with a tradition of meeting food and cosmetics manufacturers with packaging manufacturers and inspection bodies.

    Participants will receive a certificate as proof of participation in a training event in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/2006 on GMP.

    Topics are complemented by current market problems: the pressure on recycled material increases the risk for packaging materials and food and cosmetics packaging; migration of paper packaging components into food; paper packaging and fluorescence; food in e-shops; risks of food contamination by pests; food producer responsibility; resistance of flexible packaging to warehouse pests, green fakes.


  • Certified Packaging Engineer N

    The three-day training is designed for the packaging engineers of ordinary consumer goods producers, the person responsible for the high-quality, yet economically acceptable, packaging of products destined for different world destinations.

    Training is provided by both own and external lecturers. The training is completed by a written test, after the successful demonstration of the knowledge, the graduate will receive a Certified Packaging Engineer.

    The topics of the introductory training block are: packaging materials, barrier properties, paper-based packaging, polymers, active and smart packaging, packaging technology, machine equipment, lines.

    31.03.2020

    The second training block continues the topic environmental legislation, marking, certificates, declarations, certificates.

    07.04.2020

    The final block is aimed at fixations, pallet units, stretch foil fixation, unfair commercial practices, DOM - phytosanitary requirements; export (overseas) packaging.


  • Certified Packaging Engineer F

    The three-day training course is designed for packaging engineers of food producers, including beverages and cosmetics too, which are responsible for the high-quality, design-conscious, yet "sustainable" packaging of products for both domestic and export markets.

    Training is provided by both own and external lecturers. The training is completed by a written test, after the successful demonstration of the knowledge, the graduate will receive a Certified Packaging Certification engineer.

    The second training block continues the subject of packaging legislation, marking, certificates, declarations, certificates.

    The final block is targeted at: pallet units, stretch foil fixation, unfair business practices; DOM - phytosanitary requirements; export (overseas) packaging.


  • Certified Packaging Engineer E

    The three-day training course is intended for packaging engineers of manufacturers of industrial products (automotive, mechanical engineering, power engineering, electrotechnics), that is, the person responsible for the high-quality yet economically acceptable packaging of products destined for different world destinations.

    Training is provided by both own and external lecturers. The training is completed by a written test, after the successful demonstration of the knowledge, the graduate will be certified on Certified Packaging Engineer.

    The topics of the introductory training block are: Load consolidation; orrugated cardboard transport packaging; climatic stresses, corrosion protection; packaging materials, DOM - phytosanitary requirements; 

    10.03.2020

    The second learning block continues with the topics: mechanical stress during transport; rigid plastic transport and industrial packaging; c materials, strength parameters; packaging, internal fixation, overseas packaging, HPE guidelines, FEFPEB, SYBA..

    17.04.2020

    The final block is targeted at: pallet units, stretch foil fixation, unfair business practices; packaging legislation, marking, certificates, declarations, certificates; general liability insurance, freight liability and freight insurance.


  • Declaration of compliance / Conformity declaration, marking, support documentaion

    Odborný seminář Prohlášení, značení, technická dokumentace se již tradičně těší velkému zájmu výrobců baleného zboží (obalové prostředky jsou v převážné většině také baleným zbožím). Záběr semináře pokrývá tato témata: prohlášení o shodě (ČSN EN 13427, 22/1997 Sb., §3,4 - 477/2001Sb., 1935/2004/ES, 2023/2006/ES, 10/2011/ES, EUTR); podklady k vydání prohlášení; značení dle Směrnice o obalech a obalových odpadech 94/62/ES, dle české a slovenské obalové legislativy; značení biodegradovatelných obalů; značka TRIMAN pro Francii; Palety; zálohové obaly v Německu (připravme se na ně i u nás); technická dokumentace nezbytná k prokázání splnění povinností stanovených v § 4, Značení oxo-degradovatelných obalů v Saudské Arábii.


  • Packaging Law - Comprehensive

    Vzdělávací akce zaměřená na požadavky kladené obalovou environmentální legislativou. Seminář je zacílen ze­jména na aktuální situaci v  Česku, na Slovensku a v Německu.


  • How to sustain the packaging

    Under the pressure of the current situation to reflect the sustainability impacts of a sustainable campaign, a new workshop was set up to enable people to understand and meet sustainability requirements.


  • Export boxes designer

    The course program consists of four modules and respects the requirements of the WG Industrial Packaging Working Group and the updated proposal of the Export Packaging Directive, which incorporates the principles of the German HPE Directive and the FEFPEB European Directive.

    The course runs in three blocks - in two-day blocks, the lecturers are teachers of the Higher Vocational School and the Secondary Industrial School in Volyn.

    Training takes place on Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:15 pm, on Fridays from 8 am to 2 pm.
